AS A REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE (2008-09) – Ranked fourth on the squad with a 79.55 stroke average through 27 rounds…Tallied 37 birdies…Participated in all but one tournament for the Lady Gators, including two as an individual…Competed in her first NCAA post-season event at the NCAA East Regional where she finished in a tie for 92nd with a three-round score of 239 (78-75-86, +29)…Had a career-best weekend at the SEC Championship after carding a record-low 225 tournament score thanks in part to a record two-under 69 in her final round…Tie for 19th at the SEC tourney was the third-best among Lady Gators…Had a career-best finish in a tie for 19th at the Lady Gator Invitational…Scored a 231 (73-81-77, +21) competing as an individual at the home event…Tied teammate Nicole Schachner for 47th place, scoring a 244 (74-79-81) at the BYU Dixie Classic…Rounded out the Lady Gators rotation in a tie for 68th at the UCF Challenge after carding a 12-over 228 (74-75-79)…Sandwiched an 81 in between two 79s for a tournament score of 239 (+23), good for a tie for 94th at the Kiawah Island Intercollegiate…Improved her score each round, carding an 86-81-80 (247, +34) at the Northrop Grumman Regional Challenge…Competed as an individual at the Mason Rudolph, finishing in a tie for 83rd with a 241 (+25)…Made her first appearance for the Orange and Blue at the NCAA Fall Preview, carding a 254 (+38) to finish in 72nd.

 

AS A REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2007-08) – Named to the SEC Academic Honor Roll…Did not see any action.

 

AS A FRESHMAN (2006-07) – Redshirted the season and did not see action.

 

AMATEUR COMPETITION Claimed medalist honors in the Local Junior Citrus tournament in July 2006…Participated in the Florida Junior Tour Tournament, the Publix-Doral Junior Golf Classic and the Optimist International…Was also a First Tee Tournament participant.

 

PREP – Placed first in her county and district tournaments during her freshman campaign at All Saints, and finished second at regionals…Guided George Jenkins H.S. to victories at county, districts and regionals during her freshman and sophomore years, and also to an appearance at the state tournament…Competed on the boys’ golf team at All Saints Academy during her junior and senior seasons in the number-one position…Held the highest GPA in her graduating class of 499 students…Was a member of the National Honor Society, Student Council, French Club, Latin Club and Honor Council…Also volunteered for the First Tee program.

 

PERSONAL – Hobbies include being outside, as well as playing baseball or football and fishing…Also considered Wake Forest, North Carolina and Auburn…Future ambitions include playing in the LPGA or working in the fields of medicine and science…Is the first member of her family to attend college…Chose Florida because of its academics and to be close to home…Major is applied physiology and kinesiology.
