AS A SENIOR (2007-08) – Collegiate and amateur sensation who declared she would turn pro on Dec. 2…Advanced to the professional ranks for a one-year LPGA exemption card, after tying for 14th at the final stage of the qualifying tournament in Daytona Beach, Fla., foregoing the remainder of her senior year…Made the cut and finished as the low amateur to tie for fifth in LPGA sectional qualifying school in Venice, Fla. with a 2-under par 286 (72-71-69-74)...Honored with Golf World Midseason All-American accolades at the conclusion of the fall season…Led Florida during the fall season in stroke average, posting a 72.0 scoring clip through nine rounds…Tied for a team-best finish with Jessica Yadloczky for seventh at the Ann Rhoads Intercollegiate, closing out her final collegiate event with a round of 71…Did her part to help Florida capture third at the Hooters Collegiate Match Play Championship, posting a 3-0-1 record…Defeated Louisville’s Sara Maude-Juneau, Alabama’s Kathleen Ekey, Tennessee’s Ginny Brown and halved with Georgia’s Krystle Caithness, salvaging the final hole…Captured her third career first-place hardware, outlasting Auburn’s Cydney Clanton in a one-hole playoff to take individual honors at the Mercedes-Benz Collegiate Classic…Gal’s effort of 210 in Knoxville was a personal-best tournament score and tied the school’s low-tournament total for the third time, equaling Cheryl Morley (1986) and Page Dunlap (210)…Absent from the lineup at the Wildcat Fall Invitational, competing at the Section Qualifier of LPGA Q-School in Venice, Fla…Led Florida in the season-opening Mason Rudolph Women’s Championship, tying for 15th with a 1-over par 217…No. 9 in Golf World’s Preseason Female Golfers to Watch…Ranked seventh in the Golfweek/Sagarin preseason individual rankings…No. 1 in the European Amateur Rankings.

AS A JUNIOR (2006-07) – An SEC Academic Honor Roll selection…Earned NGCA All-America first-team honors…Named SEC Co-Scholar-Athlete of the Year, becoming the first player in program history to win the award…Earned first-team All-SEC accolades…Led the team in stroke average for the second-straight year with a career-best 72.7 clip, breaking the school record in the process…Earned a share of 19th at the NCAA West Regional, posting an 11-over 224 (77-74-73)… Tied for seventh at the SEC Championship – her first top-10 finish at the conference tournament – with a two-over score of 218 (70-73-75) …Earned her fourth SEC Player of the Week honor after tying for first at the Bryan National Collegiate, falling on the third sudden-death playoff hole in a chase for the tournament’s individual medal…Registered a three-under 69 in the third round to finish with a total of 215 (-1)…One of just five golfers to break 70 at the Bryan National, and one of only two to finish in red numbers for the tournament…The Bryan National was her fifth-straight tournament with a round of 69 on her card…Earned her third SEC Player of the Week honor on the strength of a third-place tie at the Liz Murphey Collegiate Classic…Fired a final-round 69 at the Liz Murphey Collegiate, moving five spots up the leader board on the last day and finishing in a tie for third with a three-over 216 (74-73-69)…Became the only golfer in the field to break 70 with her performance in the third round, as well as just one of three players at the Liz Murphey to post a round at par or better…The Liz Murphey became Gal’s fourth-consecutive tournament with a round of 69…Opened the Lady Gator Invitational with her third round of 69 in as many tourneys, and recorded the second medalist honor of her collegiate career with an even finish of 210 (69-70-71)…Tabbed SEC Female Golfer of the Week for her Lady Gator victory…Matched her career-low by carding a final-round 69 at the UCF Challenge en route to finishing tied for 12th with a final score of 224 (79-76-69)…Earned her first-ever SEC Female Golfer of the Week honor after firing a career-best 69 in the third and final round of the Northrop Grumman, where she tied for second place with a three-round 219 (76-74-69)…Won her final match at the Hooters Match Play Collegiate Championship, which gave the Lady Gators a 3-2 victory over Wake Forest in the consolation final…Posted a team best 3-1 record in the four-round match play event en route to the team's second-consecutive ninth-place finish at the event…Rebounded from a first-round 79 at the Auburn Derby with a one-under par 71 (79-71-150), and led the Lady Gators to the second lowest round score of the tournament (297)…Competed at the Women’s World Amateur Team Championships and finished tied for 24th out of 125 participants with a three over-par score of 291 (69-75-74-73)…Also competed as a member of Team Germany, which finished in a fifth place tie...Her one over-par score of 217 (73-74-70) led the team, and was good for a seventh-place tie at the Daytona Beach Fall Preview…Opened the season with back-to-back two-under par rounds in the Dick McGuire Invitational en route to a tie for second place, with a total score of 215 (71-71-73).

AS A SOPHOMORE (2005-06) - SEC Academic Honor Roll selection…Earned NGCA All-America Honorable Mention accolades…Finished the season ranked 36th in the Golfweek/Sagarin rankings…Led the team with a 74.27 stroke average in 37 rounds…Recorded six top-10 and 10 top-25 finishes…Named team MVP and earned the Lady Gator Lowest Stroke Average Award…Carded a team-high 10 even or under par rounds throughout the season…Finished 124th at the U.S. Women’s Open with back-to-back rounds of 78…Was the low qualifier at the U.S. Women’s Open Sectional Qualifier with a two-round total of 148 (77-71)…Shot a 291 (74-72-71-74) to tie for fourth place at the NCAA Championships, becoming just the sixth Lady Gator to secure a top-five finish at the national tournament…Marked a career-best at the Lady Buckeye by firing a three-under 213…Also matched her career-best round of 70 during the second round of the Lady Buckeye en route to a third-place finish…Recorded a career-low final round score of 70 at the Bryan National…Claimed individual medalist honors at the Lady Gator Invitational with a three-round score of 217 (74-71-72)…Shot a 71 during the second round of the Lady Puerto Rico and finished tied for sixth place with a five-over 221 (77-71-73)…Secured a top-20 finish at the Auburn Derby with a three-round score of 223 (75-74-74)…Posted back-to-back top-10 finishes at the Chrysler Challenge and Lady Wildcat…Shot a 227 (76-76-75) to tie for 10th place at the Chrysler Challenge and carded a six-over 222 (76-72-74) to place ninth at the Mason Rudolph.

AS A FRESHMAN (2004-05) – Second on the team in stroke average (75.4)…Posted two top-10 finishes and recorded five top-25 efforts…Competed in the NCAA Championships, bouncing back over the final two rounds to finish in a tie for 45th, with rounds of 79-78-71-72 for a 300 total…Shot one round of par at the NCAA Championships, the only Lady Gator to do so…Had a phenomenal showing at the NCAA East Regional Championships, where she notched career marks for 54-hole tournament score (217), low 18-hole round (71) and equaled her career-best for highest tournament finish when she tied for 10th…Tallied an under-par 71 in the opening round and an even-par 72 in the final round of the NCAA Regional Championships en route to a team-low 217 (71-74-72) and a tie for 10th place…Fired a 230 (76-78-76) and finished in a 22nd-place tie at the SEC Championships…Posted an under-par 71 in the first round of the Bryan National, en route to a 227 (71-77-79) and 14th-place tie…Carded a 231 (79-78-74) and tied for 25th at the Lady Puerto Rico Classic…Shot a 224 (76-73-75) and tied a career best in tournament finish by tying for 10th at the Northrop Grumman Regional Tournament…Tied for 28th place after a 224 (74-77-73) effort at the Chrysler Challenge…Posted a 225 (75-75-75) and tied for 33rd place at the Mason Rudolph Tournament in her collegiate debut…Shot a 67 in the World Amateur Team Championship to finish 16th…Also finished third in the Swiss Ladies Open Championship and fifth in the French Ladies Open Championship…Shot a 141 (72-69) at the Czech Ladies Team Championship…Captured third place at the British Open Ladies Stroke Play Championships with a 289 (73-76-69-71).
