2012:

Played in all 13 games as a true freshman, making starts against Kentucky, Vanderbilt and Louisville…Named to the 2012 SEC Coaches’ All-Freshman Team…Finished eighth on the team in tackles after notching 34 stops (27 unassisted)…Had his best game when he led the team in tackles (8) against Vanderbilt, six of which were solo stops…Recorded the first quarterback hurry of his career against Tennessee while also tallying five tackles (1.0 TFL) against the Volunteers…In just his second collegiate game, finished with the second-most tackles among all Gators against Texas A&M after six takedowns (five unassisted)…Was instrumental in the win over rival Florida State after recording four tackles (three unassisted), including his first sack of his career and first forced fumble, which UF recovered and scored to take the lead on the very next play.
