CAREER:
Enrolled at UF in the summer of 2010…Served as the long snapper for every game in 2011 and for one game in 2012 before an injury ended his season.
2012:
Began the season as the team’s starting long snapper, but suffered a season-ending injury in the first game against Bowling Green.
2011:
Made his Gator debut in the season opener against FAU…Served as the long snapper for both the field-goal and punt teams for the entire season, playing in all 13 games.
2010:
Did not see action in the 2010 season but dressed for Miami University, USF, Kentucky, LSU, Mississippi State, South Carolina, Appalachian State and Florida State.
PRIOR TO FLORIDA:
Played defensive end, offensive tackle and middle linebacker…Was a 5-star rated long snapper and ranked 14th in the nation by Chris Rubio Long Snapping…Won Coaches’ Award for hardest worker in Fall 2008 and named to second-team all-conference on offense and defense in the fall of 2009…Member of the varsity basketball team his junior and senior years and was a member of the varsity baseball team his senior year…Named to the San Diego Union Tribune All-Academic Team four times in high school.
