CAREER:
A versatile running back that has appeared in 38 games and started 22… Has totaled 664 yards and 16 touchdowns on 141 carries and 69 catches for 531 yards and three touchdowns…Led Florida with 12 total touchdowns as a true freshman.

2012:
Appeared in 12 games, starting four (Texas A&M, Tennessee, Georgia, Missouri)…Rushed for 166 yards on 24 carries and had 164 yards on 17 receptions…Had three touchdowns (two rushing, one receiving)… Averaged 6.9 yards per rush and 9.6 yards per catch…Was 3-for-4 in passing for four yards, mostly out of the Wildcat formation…Had three rushes for 91 yards and two touchdowns against Tennessee…His 80-yard rushing touchdown against Tennessee is the eighth-longest rushing play in school history…Named the Gators’ Offensive Player of the Game against Tennessee and South Carolina.

Appeared in all 13 games and started seven…Totaled 125 rushing yards and three rushing touchdowns on 37 carries and caught 19 passes for 149 yards and one touchdown…Completed four passes on six attempts for 16 yards, mostly out of the Wildcat formation…Carried the ball six times on his way to a season-high 46 rushing yards and one touchdown in a win over UAB…Joined teammate Chris Rainey as the only Gators to score a rushing and receiving touchdown in the same game in 2011 when he carried the ball four times for three yards with one touchdown and caught four passes for 38 yards and one touchdown in a victory over Tennessee…Had six carries for 33 yards and one touchdown, marking the third-consecutive game Burton had scored, the longest such streak of his career…Tallied seven yards on five carries and 14 yards on three catches against top-ranked LSU…Caught a season-high tying four passes for 23 yards, had two rushes for five yards and completed an eight-yard pass at Auburn…Had three receptions for 41 yards, along with 11 rushing yards on four attempts in the win against Vanderbilt…Added two special teams tackles, one each against Tennessee and LSU…Carried the ball four times for 23 yards in the Gator Bowl vs. OSU.
