QUOTES

“He's become quarterback John Brantley's most reliable target in the most critical situations. Where Moore has come up big the most for the Gators is in drive-extending situations.” (10/13/10)

Edward Aschoff, Gainesville Sun

“It’s just competitive excellence really. Our coaches are always talking about practicing and bringing what we do in practice to the field. It’s my job to get open; I’m going to get open.” (10/11/10)

Carl Moore, UF wide receiver

“Brilliant. He’s practicing that way and he’s playing that way. You see what I see. He’s not the same player. It’s not just what you see out there; it’s what you see on Tuesday and Wednesday practice.” (9/25/10)

Urban Meyer, UF Head Coach, on Carl Moore’s performance in September

“Carl Moore is something special. He continues to come down with big grabs in key situations. He does it in practice every day. He comes to work, so it’s nothing new. (9/20/10)
Jeremy Brown, UF cornerback

“He is really buying in. He’s doing everything I ask him to do with a great attitude. He triggered it.

(We have) built a good relationship, and my job is to get him to perform and buy in.” (8/14/10)

Zach Azzanni, UF Wide Receivers Coach

“Carl plays really hard and he goes out there and expends all the effort he has so he slows down a little bit. His technique has really improved. I’ll say this about Carl Moore; he loves the game of football. He wants to get better every day. I have to kick him out of the offices and get him out of there to get him to go home and get some sleep.” (8/10/10)

Zach Azzanni, UF Wide Receivers Coach
