CAREER: Has seen action in 22 games at Florida after transferring from the University of Southern California and sitting out the 2007 season...Has 795 rushing yards on 116 carries (6.9 avg) and four touchdowns as a Gator, as well as eight catches and 45 receiving yards.

 

2009: Played in 12 games for UF and secured starts versus Vanderbilt and South Carolina…Carried the ball 58 times for 378 yards (6.5 avg.) and three touchdowns and recorded eight receptions for 45 yards receiving (5.6 avg.)…Rushed eight times for 14 yards and a career-best two touchdowns, while notching a career-high four receptions for 19 yards against Cincinnati in the 2010 Allstate Sugar Bowl as the Gators topped Cincinnati, 51-24…Started for the second time this season in UF’s 24-14 road win over South Carolina as Florida’s second-leading rusher, where he ran three times for 35 yards and scored his first touchdown of the 2009 season on a 17-yard rush…Secured his first career start as a Gator in UF’s 27-3 win over Vanderbilt, while being UF’s second-leading rusher against the Commodores (8-34)…Ran for 26 yards on seven carries against Georgia in Jacksonville…Was second among UF running backs in the Gators’ 29-19 win over Mississippi State, rushing

five times for 32 yards and had one catch for eight yards…Rushed three times for seven yards in the 23-20 win over Arkansas on Homecoming…Was Florida’s second-leading rusher in the

road win at Kentucky, rushing for 42 yards on six carries…Averaged 11.4 yards on five carries at Kentucky, including a season-long run of 32 yards, and also caught a pass for 18 yards…Was UF’s third-leading rusher against Tennessee in the SEC opener in Gainesville, carrying three times for 33 yards…His rush of 23 yards in the first quarter against the Volunteers was his longest of the season…Recorded one carry for a 12-yard gain the second

game of the season against Troy…Had nine carries for 86 yards in the season opener against Charleston Southern as Florida’s second-leading rusher in the 62-3 win.

 

2008: Saw action in 10 games for the Gators, recording 58 carries for 417 yards (7.2 average) and one touchdown…344 of his 417 total yards came in the last six games of the season…Rushed four times for 23 yards to help UF to its eighth SEC Championship title after defeating Alabama…Was one of only five Gators to achieve a 100-yard-plus rushing game that season…Had a UF career-best day against The Citadel, racking up 116 yards of offense on 13 carries and scoring the first touchdown of his career at UF...Graded out a Champion on offense against the Bulldogs at 100 percent…Was Florida’s leading rusher in two games, Tennessee and Georgia…Rushed for 55 yards against the Vols and 71 yards against UGA…Finished the season fifth in rushing for UF.

 

2007: Versatile tailback from Southern Cal who sat out the season after transferring.

 

2006 (At USC): As a true freshman in 2006, Moody had an impressive showing at tailback…He started four early-season games (Nebraska, Arizona, Washington State, Washington) and was USC's rushing leader in its first three games…Overall in 2006 while appearing in nine games (he sprained his left ankle against Oregon and sat out the California, Notre Dame, UCLA and Michigan games), he had 459 yards (second on USC) on 79 carries (5.8 avg.) with two TDs and caught three passes for 39 yards (13.0 avg.)…He had five runs and one reception of 20-plus yards…He made 2006 Sporting News Freshman All-American honorable mention and was named Sporting News Pac-10 Offensive Freshman of the Year…In the opener at Arkansas, he rushed for a game-high 58 yards on seven carries with a nine-yard TD…He then started versus Nebraska and ran for a game-best 70 yards on nine carries…He ran for a game-high 130 yards on 21 carries as the starter at Arizona, with a nine-yard TD run and other runs of 40 and 30 yards (he also lost a yard on a reception) to earn Rivals.com National Freshman of the Week honors…He added 69 yards on eight carries (including a 48-yard run) at Washington State, 67 yards on 15 rushes versus Washington, 29 yards on six carries against Arizona State, eight yards on three carries at Oregon State, 26 yards on nine rushes and 40 yards on two receptions at Stanford and he had a two-yard carry before spraining his ankle against Oregon.

 

PREP: 2005 Parade All-American, Prep Star Dream Team, ESPN 150, Super Prep All-American, Prep Star All-American, Super Prep All-Southwest, Prep Star All-Midlands and All-District first team as a senior running back at Coppell...Rivals.com No. 9 nationally-ranked running back and No. 11 in the Texas Top 100…He ran for 1,170 yards and 14 TDs in 2005...As a junior in 2004, he was All-District 6-5A first team as he rushed for 1,319 yards with 12 TDs…Received offers from Texas, Texas A&M, Georgia Tech, Miami (Fla.) and USC.
