CAREER: Has appeared in all 27 games in his career, with 21 career starts at free safety

 

2008: Started all 14 contests at free safety for the Gators and was third on the team with 66 total tackles and tied for second on the team with four interceptions...Earned honorable mention All-Sophomore recognition from College Football News...Had seven games on the season in which he recorded five-or-more tackles...Collected nine tackles in the BCS National Championship Game against Oklahoma...Also picked off a pass at the goal line to prevent Oklahoma from scoring at the end of the first half...Recorded four tackles in the SEC Championship Game versus Alabama...Notched five tackles and his third interception of the season at Florida State...Returned a blocked field goal 37 yards to set up a Florida touchdown in the win over Kentucky...Had seven tackles and broke up one pass against No. 4 LSU...Had a game-high and tied his career-high with 11 tackles at Arkansas...Collected eight tackles against Tennessee in Knoxville...A member of the 2008 UF Football Leadership Committee
