2000: Started all 12 regular season games at center and the Sugar Bowl...One of only five players on squad to start all 13 games despite playing the vast majority of the year with a wrist injury that ultimately required surgery after the season...718 plays ranked fourth on offensive line unit and sixth most on entire team...Received an offensive game ball for performance vs. Vanderbilt...Also saw extensive duty at offensive guard throughout the spring...Co-recipient of the offensive unit's 2000 Everyday Award at the conclusion of spring drills...One of four linemen to earn an Iron Gator Award during spring...

1999: A backup at center...Played in eight games (all but Tennessee, Alabama, Vanderbilt and Florida State) with one start (Georgia) for 53 plays...Received the offensive unit's Most Improved Freshman Award during spring...

1998: Played in the first two games (The Citadel and Northeast Louisiana) for 15 plays before suffering a lower back injury...Received a medical redshirt...

PREP: Considered one of the nation's elite offensive line recruits...Named to several prep All-America contingents...Named to National Bluechips Recruiting Service's All-America Team and that publication also ranked him the top center prospects in the nation...Named to PrepStar's All-America Dream Team and that publication ranked him among the top 20 offensive line prospects in the nation...Named to National Recruiting Advisor All-America Team and that publication ranked him among the top eight OT prospects in the nation...Ranked among the nation's top 30 offensive linemen by SuperPrep and received All-America honors from that publication...SuperPrep ranked him the number one player in the New England region...Coached by Kevin Driscoll at Avon Old Farms School, where he was a four-year letterwinner...Also competed in the discus, winning the New England Prep Discus Championship and going undefeated in that event for two straight years...A superior student (1350 SAT)...
