CAREER A junior college transfer who enrolled at UF in January of 2000...The first junior college transfer to play at UF since the 1992 season...Originally signed with UF in February 1997 but did not enroll...Played in 21 regular season games with seven starts for 693 plays and also played in the 2001 Sugar Bowl...54 tackles and 36.5 "Big Plays" (six TBL (-15), 4.5 QB sacks (-19), 24 FH and one FF)

2001 SEASON A starter at defensive end for the majority of the year...Saw duty in nine of 11 games (missed the season opener vs. Marshall due to a one-game suspension for a violation of Athletic Department/University rules and missed the Tennessee game with a knee injury) with six starts (Kentucky, Miss. St., LSU, Auburn, Georgia and Vanderbilt)...28 tackles (seven solo, 21 assist) and 15 "Big Plays" (three TBL, two sacks and 10 forced hurries) on the season...15 "Big Plays" are fifth most on the team and third most among defensive lineman...Ten QB forced hurries are third on the defensive unit...28 tackles rank fourth on defensive line unit...380 plays ranked third among defensive linemen...Missed the Orange Bowl with a knee injury.

2000 SEASON A junior college transfer who enrolled at UF in January of 2000...Fractured left radius early during spring drills and missed the majority of practice time...Played in all 12 regular season games with two starts (Middle Tennessee and Kentucky) for 345 plays...Also played in the Sugar Bowl...26 tackles with 20.5 "Big Plays" (5.5 TTFL (-19), one FF and 14 FH)...Ranked fourth on the squad with 20.5 "Big Plays" and fourth in forced QB hurries with 12...Tied for second on the squad in TTFLs (5.5 (-19)) and was fourth in QB sacks with 2.5 (-11)...In his first career start vs. Middle Tennessee, recorded five tackles and 1.5 "Big Plays" (one TTFL (-2) and 1/2 QBS (-3))...Two unassisted tackles and two "Big Plays" (one QB sack (-3) and one FH) vs. Tennessee...One tackle and four "Big Plays" (three FH, which marked his career-high, and one TTFL (-1)) against Kentucky...One tackle and four "Big Plays", tying his career high in forced QB hurries (3) and one TBL (-5) vs. LSU...Three tackles and four "Big Plays," all of them forced QB hurries which marked his career-high vs. Georgia...Four tackles, which marked a career high, and two "Big Plays" (two forced QB hurries) in SEC Championship game vs. Auburn

JUNIOR COLLEGE Named to PrepStar's Junior College All-America Dream Team in 1999...SuperPrep ranked him among the top 10 junior college players in the nation...National Bluechips named him the nation's top JC defensive end...A two-year starter at Southwest Mississippi College who had 93 tackles in 1999 with five caused fumbles and 13 QB sacks

PREP Played at Dr. Phillips HS in Orlando and received prep all-america honors...National Bluechips ranked him among the nation's top six players at strongside linebacker and SuperPrep ranked him among the nation's top 25 linebackers...First-team all-state selection in 1998 and was named to Florida's prestigious Super Seniors Team
