2009: Scored in all six meets competed in … Fourth Gator to cross the finish line at the NCAA Championship, finishing 96^th overall … Earned All-South Region honors for an 11^th-place finish at the regional meet, recording a career-best 6K time … Named the All-SEC team for a seventh-place finish at the conference meet … Tallied a 24^th-place finish at the Pre-NCAA Invitational and a 26^th-place finish at the Notre Invitational … Recorded a second-place overall finish at the Mountain Dew Inviational.

2008: Scored in all six meets and was the first Gator to cross the finish line three times, including at the NCAA South Regional and the NCAA Championship … Earned All-SEC and Freshman All-SEC team honors for a sixth-place finish at the conference championship meet … Also was the first freshman to finish that race… Named to the All-South Region team for a fifth-place finish at the regional meet … Won the Mountain Dew Invitational, setting the fifth-best Gator Invitational time (17:34.79) in the meet’s history … Earned SEC Freshman of the Week honors on Oct. 7 for a 31^st-place finish at the Notre Dame Invitational, setting a personal-best 5K time (17:15) … Finished 75^th at the National Championship meet.

Prep: Coached by David Howells … Took home three gold medals at the state championships for the 3K, 800m and 1,500m four consecutive years (2004-2007) … Won a gold at Nationals for the 3K in 2004 and 2006 … Placed third in the 1,500m at the 2004 and 2006 Nationals … Holds four regional records for the 3K, 800m 1,500m and 2K steeple … Queensland state team won the national triathlon title in 2007 and AMS Triathlon Club team was runner-up for the state title in 2005 … Also played touch football … State team won the national title in 2006 and Cobra club team took the title in 2007 … Captured the Player of the Tournament and State Finals in 2006 and 2007 … Won John Paul College’s Bradley Cup, given the best all-around athlete four years in a row (2004-2007) … Most memorable moment of athletic career was placing sixth individually as the team took fourth at the Cross Country World Schools’ Championship in Riccione, Italy in 2006.
