2006: Ran in six races, scoring in three … Ran a career-best 5K time as Florida's third finisher at the Notre Dame Invitational … Scored for the Gators as the team's fifth finisher in 87th place overall at the Pre-NCAA Invitational … Ran a career-best 6K time at the SEC Championship … Florida's final scorer at the NCAA Championship.

2005: Competed in all six races for the Gators, scoring in the first three … Picked up a top-10 finish at the Mountain Dew Invitational, finishing 10th with a season-best 5K time of 18:24.92 … Finished just outside of the top 10 at the Disney Classic in 11^th place and fourth among Gators … Ran season-best 6K time of 21:47.38 at the SEC Championship.

Track Highlights: Holds the ninth-best 3,000m steeplechase time in Gator history … Ran the anchor leg of first-place distance medley relay team at the 2007 Diet Pepsi Invitational … Scored for the Gators at the 2006 SEC Outdoor Championships with an eighth-place finish in the steeplechase … Opened collegiate career with three top-10 finishes in the mile … Personal bests of 5:00.64 (iMile) and 11:02.77 (steeple). 

Prep: Coached by Ceal Walker … Earned first-team All-Space Coast honors in cross country and track from Florida Today … Cape Coast Champion in the 1,600m, 3,200m and 4x800m relay … Qualified for the Junior National Triathlon … Also played tennis and was named all-conference four times … Advanced to nationals in both singles and doubles.

Personal: Daughter of Gary and Barbara Nawrocki … Has twin brothers, Andrew and Matthew … Everyone in  immediate family attended or is attending Florida … Mother got bachelor's and master's degrees from Florida, father attended UF's dental school and brothers both have Florida undergraduate degrees and are currently attending dental school … Enjoys cooking and baking … Admires Jackie Joyner-Kersee because she is humble despite all her great accomplishments … Aspires to finish an Ironman Triathlon … Chose Florida for its variety of academic options.
