2013: Was Florida’s top finisher (5th) at the SEC Championships at home in Gainesville, where he ran the fifth-fastest 8k a Gator has ever run at SECs (23:57.03)… Set personal-best marks in both the 8k (23:52.00) and 10k (29:49.46) his junior season at the Wisconsin adidas Invite and South Region Championship, respectively … Scored first or second in all six meets he competed in for UF, including second at the NCAA Championships … Was the SEC Men’s Runner of the Week for winning UF’s Mountain Dew Invitational Sept. 14.
2012: Crossed second for the Gators at the NCAA South Regional Championship in Tallahassee … His regionals 10K marked a then career-best time as a Gator (30:51.0) … Additionally ran season-best marks in the 5k (15:14.7) and 8k (24:27.40) races at the Western Carolina Invite and Pre-Nationals, respectively … One of two Gators (Mark Parrish) to compete for UF at NCAA Championships (196th; 31:37.2)… Scored third or higher for UF in all six races he competed in 2012.
