2013: Ran all seven races his sophomore year at Florida, including his NCAA Championships debut in Terre Haute...Finished fifth overall, and scored fourth for the Gators, at the FLRunner.com Invitational 14 in Titusville, Fla., with his best 5k cross country mark at UF (15:41.10)…Also competed at the Western Carolina Invitational, UF’s Mountain Dew Invite, the Wisconsin adidas Invitational, SECs and Regionals…Ran a career-best 8k at the Mountain Dew Invite in September, clocking a 25:28.40 at UF’s Mark Bostick Golf Course.
2012: Competed in five races his redshirt freshman campaign, including SECs and the 2012 NCAA South Region Championships…Also ran at the Western Carolina Invite, UF’s Mountain Dew Invitational and the St. Leo Invitational…Highest individual finish was fourth at the St. Leo Invite, where he scored second for Florida…His season-best 8k mark came at UF’s Mountain Dew Invitational (26:27.54) and ran a career-best 10k race at the 2012 South Region Championships in Tallahassee, crossing the finish line in 32:41.4.
2011: Redshirted his first cross country season as a Gator.
Prep: Distance runner from Viera High School in Melbourne, Fla.…His senior season in 2010, won the Cape Coast Cross Country Championships 5k (16:17.40)…Finished third at the 2010 FHSAA Class 3A District 7 Championships, ninth at the Regional 4 Championships and went ton to finish 19th at the Class 3A State Championships (16:12.39) his final campaign at Viera…PR in high school 5k was a 16:01 at the Holy Trinity Fall Classic…Finished eighth as a junior at the FHSAA Regional Championships and 27th at the 3A State Championships (16:34.55)…His season-best mark as a junior also came at the Holy Trinity Fall Classic (16:05.10).
