2011: Scored first for UF in four of the five meets he competed in during 2011 and ran UF’s fastest 8K and 10K races through the duration of the season…Finished first for the Gators at the Wisconsin adidas Invite, SECs, Regionals and Nationals…Picked up SEC Men’s Runner of the Week honors for his performance at the Wisconsin adidas Invite…Set a then-career best 8K time at SEC Championship, his first SEC Championship cross country appearance, with a 24:23.69, while finishing first for the Gators and third overall to pick up All-SEC first team honors…Additionally, set a personal best mark at the NCAA Championship with a 10K time of 30:32.9, the sixth-fastest time for a Florida male at the NCAA Championships…Finished the season with the sixth-fastest 8K and 10K times in the Southeastern Conference his sophomore year.
2010: Finished fourth in his first collegiate meet, the Mountain Dew Invitational, as the third UF scorer with a 24:58.3 8K time…Named the SEC Cross Country Male Freshman of the Week for his career-opening performance at UF’s Mountain Dew Invitational… Finished fourth for the Gators and placed 62nd overall at the Wisconsin Adidas Invitational running at a time of 24:34.7… Finished fifth for the Gators and placed 115th overall at 2010 Pre-Nationals at Indiana State with a time of 25:02.5…Finished 27th overall and sixth for the Gators in first collegiate 10K race at the 2011 South Region Championships (31:13.38).
