Highlights: Freshman All-SEC in 2008 … Four career top-10 finishes … Personal bests of  25:23.82 (8K), 25:56 (50mile) and 31:55.24 (10K).

2009: Set a personal-best 10K time with a 42^nd-place finish, scoring fifth for Florida at the NCAA South Region Championship … First Gator to cross the finish line, fifth overall, at the FSU Invitational … Set a personal-best 5-mile time at the Notre Dame Invitational … Came in 10^th overall at the Mountain Dew Invitational.

2008: Placed fifth overall, second among Gators, at the Walt Disney World Classic, helping Florida to a second-place finish … Recorded an 8K personal-best time at the SEC Championship meet as the sixth UF runner to finish … Finished 41^st overall, good for a spot on the SEC All-Freshman team … Turned in a 10^th-place performance in first collegiate meet at the Mountain Dew Invitational. 

Track Highlights: Tallied a first-place finish in the steeplechase at the 2010 Tom Jones Memorial Classic … Recorded a career-best steeplechase time at the 2010 SEC Outdoor Championships, finishing seventh overall … Finished fourth at the 2010 Seminole Twilight Invitational in the 1,500m with a personal-best time … Personal bests of 8:37.06 (i3,000m), 15:15.04 (i5,000m), 13:48.37 (o1,500m), 14:20.63 (o5,000m) and 9:08.77 (steeple). 

Prep: Coached by Randy Hollinger … Two-time Class 1A State Cross Country Champion … Finished third at the state cross country meet in 2004 … 2007 Class 1A State Champion in the 4x800m relay, 1,600m and 3,200m, running the anchor leg of the relay … Finished third in the state in the 1,600m and first in the 3,200m in 2006 … Placed fifth in the 1,600m at the 2005 state meet … P.K. Yonge team took the Class 1A state track title in 2005, 2006 and 2007 and finished as the cross country runner-up in 2006 … Graduated holding school records in the 5K, 1,600m, 3,200m, 4x800m relay and the distance medley relay … Won the sophomore race at the 2004 Footlocker South Regionals and finished eighth in the seeded race in 2006 to qualify for Footlocker Nationals.
