2007: Competed in the first three races of the season … Finished the 4-mile Tampa Early Bird Classic in fourth place overall with a time of 20:46.00 … Ran his career best 8K time of 25:21.73 at the Mountain Dew Invitational to finish 18th overall and 11th among the Gators … Florida's eighth finisher in the 5-mile Notre Dame Invitational in 25:39.

Prep: Coached by Joel Fox … Won the Florida Class 3A State Cross Country title in 2005 with a time of 16:05 in the 5K race … Also  won the conference, district and regional cross country title in 2005 … Was the first ever athlete from Osceola County to earn the state cross country title … Ran his best 5K race at the Footlocker South meet, finishing 17th with a time of 15:26 … Holds school records in the 800m, mile, two-mile and cross country … Named all-state three years.
