2001: Earned All-South Region honors ... Topped his previous personal best by over 25 seconds with an 11th-place, time 25:24.83 at the Florida Intercollegiates ... Again bettered his personal best 8K with a 25:11.55 performance for his highest career finish among Florida runners (third) and a 17th place finish at SEC Championships ... Earned All-South Region honors with a 24th-place, career-best 10K time of 32:06.30 at South Region Championships which was second of the Florida finishers.

2000: Competed unattached during the cross country season. Track Highlights: Earned 800m outdoor titles at three meets and one 1,500m title in 2003 ... earned All-America honors with a fourth place finish in the 800m at the 2003 NCAA Championships ... Finished third in the 800m at the 2003 SEC Outdoor Championships ... A member of the SEC Indoor Champion distance medley relay with Shane Stroup, Dwight Ruff and Steve Zieminski ... Also ran on the 2003 Florida Relays 4x1,500 Champion team with Stroup, Zieminski and Daniel Parker ... Picked up another relay win at the Florida Relays in the distance medley with Ali Abiola, Donnell Bowen and Nate Roberson ... In 2002, ran the second fastest 800m time in school history clocking a 1:45.74 to take third at NCAA Championships ... Took second in the 800m at the 2001 SEC Championships to automatically qualify for NCAAs ... Also scored for Florida in the 1,500m with a fourth-place finish at the SEC Championships ... Took eighth at the NCAA Indoor Championships in the 800m ... Ran the leadoff leg of the fifth-place DMR ... Also ran leadoff when the DMR set the school record at the Alex Wilson Last Chance Invitational ...
