Cross Country Summer Camps

The running intensive camp will encourage and challenge each participant to pursue the challenge of being the best person, student and athlete they can possible be. Daily sessions will include warm-ups, runs, talks and interaction with other campers and staff.

Housing and meals
Resident campers will be housed in Graham Hall, an air-conditioned dorm located within a five-minute walk from the training facility. TV lounges, vending machines, game rooms and pools are available. Graham Hall will be supervised by both UF residence hall supervisors and cross country camp staff 24 hours a day. Resident campers driving themselves to camp will be required to turn in their car keys upon arrival. Keys will be returned to them at check-out the last day of camp.
Three meals a day will be served. Meals will be provided through the Gator Corner Dining Hall and meals will be catered.

Location
Instruction will take place at the Percy Beard Track & Field Complex, the same facility that hosts the Gator Track and Field Teams, as well as trails throughout the UF campus and city of Gainesville.

Ages: 10-18
Resident Tuition: $425
Commuter Tuition: $320
Team Discount: $390/camper*

*A team consists of at least five members from the same high school.

Registration Procedure

  1. Complete registration form and pay online with a credit card.
  2. Sign and date the waiver of liability and holds harmless agreement.
  3. Complete physical or physician statement.
  4. Registration and full payment is due by June 15th, 2009
  5. Any cancellations will accrue a $100- non refundable administration fee.
  6. Any cancellation of registration after June 15th will be charged an additional $25 processing fee. Confirmation letters will be sent via email ONLY.
