Responsibilities: Oversees all office activity for the women's basketball staff and team

Joined UF Staff: Nov. 1991 - worked in accounting offices until relocating to women's basketball in February 1997.

Education: Holy Names College, Oakland, Calif.

Hometown: Salinas, Calif.

Behind the stats: Lani and her husband Pete relocated to Gainesville in 1987 after a small stop in Reno, Nevada, via Salinas, Calif.  Though Lani had no real sports background before coming to the woman's basketball office, her background in accounting and her organizational skills have kept her three head coaches totally on top of their game when it comes to the administration side of the operation. Now heading into her 14th year with woman's basketball, Lani has the office running like a top and can now shoot a free throw and post up with the best of them!
