Set UF record for highest career free throw percentage, hitting 82.1 percent (192-234) and just top Roonie Scovel’s record of 82.0 percent (82-100) set from 1980-83 ... fourth-highest 3-point percentage in a career (33.8%, 80-237) … tied for 10th-most 3-pointers in a career (80) … played 10th-most minutes in a career (3,039) … tied for sixth-most games played in a career (125) … third-highest free throw percentage in a season (78.9%) by a senior … set UF’s season free throw percentage-record by converting 88.7 percent (55-62) from the line in 2008-09 ... totaled 902 points (7.2 ppg), 713 rebounds (5.7 rpg), 3,039 minutes (24.3 pg) … 38 double-figure scoring games ... 14 double-figure rebounds games ... seven double-doubles.

 

Senior Year (2009-10)

Appeared in all 32 games and started 29, including each of the last 23 … averaged 26.7 minutes ... UF’s leading rebounder (6.3 rpg) and fourth-leading scorer (8.5 ppg) ... recorded the third-highest free throw percentage in a season (78.9%) by a senior ... eclipsed the 900-point plateau for her career in her collegiate finale, scoring five points along with four rebounds at Miami (March 21) in the WNIT Second Round ... with three rebounds against Alabama (Feb. 28), she surpassed the mark of 700 career rebounds (701) ... big performance in the upset over No. 20 Georgia (Feb. 21), scoring 11 points - hitting 6-of-6 free throws - with seven rebounds ... had scored in 93 consecutive games before going 0-of-6 from the field against LSU (Feb. 11), as the streak dated back to Feb. 8, 2007, ironically against LSU ... hit from beyond the arc in 23 of the 32 games ... played at least 20 minutes in 29 games ... in SEC games, was UF’s third-leading scorer (7.9 ppg) and second-leading rebounder (5.8 rpg) ... at Tennessee (Feb. 14), topped the 850th career-point plateau ... posted her fourth double-double of the season with a 10 point-13-rebound performance against Mississippi State (Feb. 7), pulling down four defensive boards in the overtime periods and playing all 10 minutes ... hit a big three-pointer with 1:21 remaining against Ole Miss (Jan. 31), as the Rebels were within one point ... pulled down a rebound with four seconds left against South Carolina (Jan. 24) and hit two key free-throws to extend the lead and preserve the 59-56 Gator victory ... recorded her 800th career point in the loss to Alabama (Jan. 21) ... scored 10 of her team-high 13 points in the second half of the three-point win at Mississippi State (Jan. 17), including hitting 3-of-4 free throws in the final 1:30 to secure the win ... in the double-overtime win against Auburn (Jan. 7), came up with three defensive rebounds in the first overtime period, when she also hit a tough inside shot with 2:13 left that brought UF within two points ... tallied her third double-double of the year and the sixth of her career when she compiled 11 points and tied a career-high with 13 rebounds along with three steals in the win over Jacksonville (Dec. 30) ... in second double-double of the year, contributed 11 points and 11 rebounds against High Point (Dec. 21) ... played a season-high 35 minutes in the loss at Rutgers (Dec. 7) ... played in her 100th career game and scored her 700th career point during the game against Florida A&M (Dec. 1) … against No. 13/10 Florida State (Nov. 17), posted her fourth career double-double, when she tied career-highs of 18 points and 13 rebounds, as well as a career-high-tying 4-of-6 three-point effort that almost carried the Gators to the upset win … earned a place on the 2010 SEC Academic Honor Roll ... four double-doubles … team-high 14 double-figure scoring games … four double-figure rebounding games

 

Junior Year (2008-09)

Played in all 32 games, starting forward in 31 contests ... UF’s fifth-leading scorer (7.6 ppg) and second-leading rebounder (6.2 rpg), while holding the top shooting percentage from the free throw line (88.7%, 55-62) and third-best from the three-point arc (35.0%, 21-60) … one of three Gators who scored in every game (also Sha Brooks & Marshae Dotson) …shattered UF’s season free throw-percentage record by hitting 88.7 percent (55-62) to pass Dalila Eshe (85.2%, 121-142 in 2005-06) … during the 14-game SEC slate was UF’s fourth-leading scorer (6.6 points), third-leading rebounder (5.4 rpg) and fourth-leading stealer (1.00) ... started the first 25 games, before coming off the bench at LSU (Feb. 15), but rejoined the starting five the next game versus Arkansas (Feb. 19) … vs. Arkansas (Feb. 19), collected a career-high 13 rebounds, grabbing seven on the offensive end, while scoring six points … topped the 600-point milestone during the game against South Carolina (Feb. 22) ... UF’s rebounding leader in 12 games and leading scorer once (15 points vs. Savannah State, Nov. 24) … tied her then-career-high of 11 rebounds twice last season, most recent was at Ohio (Jan. 3) … first Gator to notch a double-double in 2008-09, when she contributed 11 points and 11 rebounds against Vermont (Dec. 29) … posted her second double-double with a 12-point, 11-rebound effort at Ohio (Jan. 3) … fittingly scored her 500th career point from the free throw line during the win against Vermont (Dec. 29) … began the season hitting 14 straight free throws … scored a season-high 16 points in the season-opener at FGCU (Nov. 14), hitting 7-of-12 shots from the floor ... 11 double-figure scoring games ... five double-figure rebounding games ... two double-doubles.

 

Sophomore Year (2007-08)

Appeared in 31 games, earning 10 starts … first post player off the bench … averaged 27.7 minutes per game … scored and collected at least one rebound in every game she played … snared a game-high 10 rebounds while scoring six points in the WNIT second-round win ... missed the first two games of the year with a stress fracture in her right foot, but came off the bench against Nebraska (Nov. 17), scoring 12 points in her season debut … UF’s second-leading rebounder (6.0 rpg) and fourth-leading scorer (8.4 ppg) … shot a team-high 82.8 percent (48-58) from the free throw line, but didn’t have enough attempts to qualify in the SEC rankings … her 25 three-pointers were the fourth-most on the team … doubled her scoring average from 2006-07, when she contributed 4.2 per game and averaged 16.9 minutes … tallied the first double-double of her career when she scored 14 points with 10 boards at Georgia (Feb. 14), canning a career-high four 3-pointers on seven attempts … grabbed a career-high 11 rebounds in the win over Stetson (Nov. 26) … had a four-game stretch of scoring in double-figures … her career-high 18 points led UF in the road win at South Carolina (Jan. 27), hitting 6-of-10 from the floor overall and 3-of-5 from the arc, while grabbing six rebounds and a pair of steals … 11 double-figure scoring games … four double-figure rebounding games … one double-double.

 

Freshman Year (2006-07)

Appeared in 30 of 31 games, missing the TCU (Dec. 8) contest … starting forward in eight of the last nine regular-season games, giving way for senior Briana Phillips to start in her place in the regular-season home finale and the SEC Tournament … averaged 16.9 minutes of playing time, including 22.2 minutes in SEC games … collected a career-high 11 rebounds in the first-round SEC Tournament win over Mississippi State (March 1), also scoring six points and hitting 2-of-2 from the free throw line ... during UF’s two-game run in the SEC Tournament, averaged 7.0 points and 8.0 rebounds, with nine of her 16 boards on the offensive end ... in SEC games averaged 4.8 points and 4.8 rebounds, ranking fifth and third for UF, respectively … posted a career-high 14 points with eight rebounds against Mississippi State (Feb. 11) ... solid performance versus Ole Miss (Feb. 1), scoring six points with seven rebounds (which included a team-high five on the offensive end) in 30 minutes of action ... shot a steady 77.1 percent (37-48) from the free throw line … scored a then-career-high 12 points against Alabama State (Dec. 28), just missing a double-double with nine rebounds … first collegiate field goal was a put-back of an offensive rebound with 8:48 remaining in the first half of the season-opener against North Florida … two double-figure scoring games.

 

High School

Graduated in June of 2006 from The Pendleton School, a college prep-school located within the IMG Academy in Bradenton where she honed her basketball skills and was coached by Aisha Lewis… spent her freshman and sophomore seasons at Southeast High School in Bradenton, where she was coached by John Harder … during her senior year at IMG Academy, averaged 21.6 points with 18.1 rebounds per game while shooting 78 percent from the free throw line after contributing 18.9 points and 15.6 rebounds her junior season … rated No. 3 by FloridaHoops.com listing of the top 40 state players in the class of 2006 … as a sophomore, led Southeast H.S. averaging 16.6 points, 10.8 rebounds and a 54 field goal percentage and helping the Seminoles to a 27-4 record and the 2002 Class 4A state semifinals … her rookie season, Smith posted averages of 15.6 points and 11.1 rebounds per game … in December 2003 against in-state power Jacksonville Ribault, coolly converted the game-winning free throws with 1.6 seconds remaining to secure the Seminoles victory … garnered Second Team 4A All-State honors in 2002-03 and 2003-04, as well as Street & Smith All-American honorable mention notice in 2003 and 2005 … named the 2002-03 Manatee County Freshman of the Year … played with LSU’s 2008 graduates Sylvia Fowles and Erica White and former North Carolina Tar Heel Erlana Larkins on the AAU team Miami Suns … also played with the Naples Lady Shockers team that won the AAU State Championship.
