Dalila Eshe (da-LEE-la ES-shay) capped her career showing perhaps the greatest improvements of any player in the country, with her senior scoring average of 14.2 points per game higher than the combined average from her first three seasons (12.2) ... a solid rebounder with good shooting range … named 2005-06 First Team All-Southeastern Conference (coaches team) … 2005-06 Second Team All-SEC (Associated Press team) … earned 2006 SEC Academic Honor Roll accolades ... began playing basketball in the ninth grade and scored a mere 81 points during her freshman year, before concluding her prep career with 1,539 points, 851 rebounds and 391 blocks … helped her Florida HS team reach the state regional championship game while overcoming a severely sprained ankle she suffered during the game …invited to the 2006 WNBA Pre-Draft Camp ... selected by the Seattle Storm as the 25th overall selection in the 2006 WNBA Draft (second round) ... will earn her degree in psychology in the 2006 spring.

Senior Year (2005-06)
Started all 30 games, while averaging 32 minutes per outing ... became the 10th different Gator named First Team All-SEC, as selected by the league's coaches ... UF's leading scorer (14.2) and tied as its leading rebounder (7.1) ... in SEC games, averaged 15.4 points and 7.6 rebounds, which ranked No. 8 and No. 7 in the SEC respectively, while ranking No. 3 in free throw percentage by hitting 90.5 percent (57-63) and ranking No. 12 in minutes played per game (31.9 pg) ... made a school-record 39 consecutive free throws (ended Feb. 12 vs. South Carolina) ... During the SEC first round win over Mississippi State (March 2), collected her 750th career point and her 550th career rebound ... hit 20-of-52 from the three-point arc (0-13 during her first three years) ... scored seven of her 22 points in the overtime period during the upset over No. 2 LSU (Feb. 16) ... scoring average this season was higher than the combined average from her first three seasons (12.2) ... 21 double-figure scoring games, including a team-best 17 points in the NCAA First Round game against New Mexico (March 18) ... UF's leading scorer in eight games ... posted her fifth double-double with 14 points and 11 rebounds at Ole Miss (Jan. 19) ... tallied her fourth career double-double with a team-high 23 points and 10 rebounds at Georgia (Jan. 8) ... one of two Gators who scored in every game (Brittany Davis) ... against Alabama (Jan. 5), posted her third career double-double with 11 points and 14 rebounds - 10 of those boards in the second half comeback when UF trailed by 11 ... tallied her second career double-doubles and the first since her freshman year with a career-high 25 points with 11 rebounds and four blocks against UT-Arlington (Dec. 19) ... led UF with 20 points and eight rebounds while playing a then-career-long 39 minutes in the upset win over No. 18/16 Temple ... recorded eight of her 18 points in the final 2:28 of the comeback win at Charlotte helping UF rally from a 16-point deficit ... scored a then-career and game-high 21 points on Nov. 23 in her hometown of Tallahassee, where UF lost to Florida State 82-76. Among her points were the first two 3-pointers of her career after shooting 0-13 from behind the arc during her first three seasons.

Junior Year (2004-05)
Starting forward each of the last three games … appeared in all 29 games, averaging 17.6 minutes per outing … first post player off the bench in the first 26 games of the season … earned first start of the year at LSU on February 27, when she contributed eight points with a team-high seven rebounds … led team with 26 blocked shots … leading rebounder among primary non-starters, second overall on the team with 4.6 per game … third-highest field goal percentage, 43.9 (50-114) … averaged 7.3 rebounds in the last four games, with 13 of the 29 coming on the offensive end … UF's leading rebounder in four of the final five games … tallied eight points with eight rebounds in the win against Mississippi State (Feb. 13), hitting 4-of-4 from the free throw line in the final 41 seconds to preserve the victory … in the win over Auburn (Jan. 9), grabbed five consecutive defensive rebounds late in the second half to help stave off the Tigers' rally and secure the victory … most complete game came against Akron (Nov. 27) with season-highs in points (13) and rebounds (9) in 18 minutes of play … eight of nine rebounds versus Akron were offensive boards … three double-figure scoring games.

Sophomore Year (2003-04)
Saw action in every game except one, the regular season finale at Auburn (Feb. 29) ... averaged 10.3 minutes … the second post player off the bench behind Bernice Mosby … scored in 21 games and grabbed at least one rebound in 22 contests ... scored the 200th point of her career against Georgia (March 5) … tallied a season-high nine points with two rebounds against LSU (Feb. 15), hitting 2-of-3 from the floor and 5-of-6 from the free throw line ... UF's leading rebounder against Miami (Dec. 12) and Bethune-Cookman (Dec. 19), grabbing a season-high nine boards versus BCC.

Freshman Year (2002-03)
Appeared in all 28 games, earning nine starts …first post player off the bench in the games she did not start … one of four Gators who played in every game ... UF's leading scorer in two games and leading rebounder four times ... scored in 23 of the 28 games she played and grabbed at least one rebound in all except one game (at Alabama, Feb. 16) ... exploded for a season- and team-high 17 points with 11 rebounds leading UF to a win over Ole Miss (Feb. 27) and snapping its 13-game losing streak ... had scored nine points in the six previous games (6 vs. Vanderbilt) before her 17-point performance against Ole Miss (Feb. 28) ... recorded her first double-figure scoring effort in the Southeastern Conference, netting 11 with nine rebounds against LSU (Jan. 23) while playing a season-high 32 minutes ... played a then season-high 30 minutes against Tennessee (Jan. 19), contributing four points and a team-high eight rebounds ... wore a plastic face mask in five games to protect her broken nose, which was injured just 1:11 into the game at Oregon State (Dec. 14) but did not miss any games due to the injury, even returning to the court during the first half against the Beavers … sparked UF's comeback victory at Long Beach State (Dec. 1) where she scored nine of her team-high 13 points in the first-half when UF missed its first 11 shots from the floor and trailed 16-2 in the first six minutes of the game before rallying for the win … three double-figure scoring games … three double-figure rebounding games ... one double-double.

High School
Graduated in 2002 from Florida High School, where she was coached by Gary Rady and Lisa Kelley … scored 1,539 career points for the Noles, while collecting 851 rebounds and 391 blocks ... FHS reached the 'Sweet 16' of the 2002 state tournament with a 23-8 record, after advancing to the round of eight during her junior year … finalist for the 2002 McDonalds All-American team … 2001 Nike All-American … 2000 adidas Top Ten Camp Underclass All-Star … 2001 Blue Chip Best of the Best … 2001 Street & Smith All-America Honorable Mention … two-time 2A First Team All-State … two-time First Team All-Big Bend Conference honoree by Tallahassee Democrat … averaged 20 points, 11 rebounds and four blocks per game her junior season … played in the Florida All-Star Game … three-year letterwinner in volleyball, becoming a nominee for the all-state team and All-Big Bend Conference honors … played AAU ball for Essence under coach Kimberly Davis, as the team won the 2002 17-under State title.
