A flexible
forward capable of playing multiple positions…Missed the 2008-09 and 2009-10
seasons due to various injuries, but decided to graduate on schedule and
declined to utilize the extra eligibility…Made his final appearance in
Florida’s senior night win over Alabama…Displayed remarkable range his freshman
year at Florida, connecting on 42.1 percent of his three-point attempts, and
48.0 percent from the floor overall…A two-time Pensacola News-Journal Player of
the Year and the runner-up for Mr. Basketball in the state of Florida to former
teammate Nick Calathes while in high school…Comes
from a strong basketball background, his father Randy played collegiately at
Florida State, in the NBA with the Sacramento Kings and overseas for seven

IN 2010-11: Appeared in the closing moments of Florida’s
senior night win over Alabama that clinched a share of the SEC title.

after having two surgeries to repair a stress fracture in his left leg.

FRESHMAN IN 2007-08: Played in all 36 games his freshman year,
averaging 4.0 points, 0.8 rebounds and hitting 42.1 percent from beyond the arc
(second on the team)… Averaged 11.5 points per game during the exhibition
season, shooting a team high 5-for-8 (.625) from beyond the arc...Recorded
seven points in 13 minutes on the court against North Dakota State in the
season opener, hitting 2-of-2 from beyond the arc...Scored 15 points against
Tennessee Tech, shooting 6-of-9 from the field, including 3-of-6 from beyond

Milton High School Scholar Athlete of the Year in 2006-07…Earned First Team
All-Area from his sophomore year on…Helped Milton High School to a 54-10 record
of the last two years, going 27-6, winning the Region 1-4A Championship in
2005-06, reaching the state Final Four and finishing as the Class 4A state
runner-up…Milton went 27-4 in 2006-07, reaching the Regional title game for the
second straight year…Allen averaged 20.9 points, 10.2 rebounds, 1.8 steals and
2.8 blocks as a junior…He solidified his reputation as one of the top players
in the state in 2006-07, averaging a career-best 24.7 points, 12.2 rebounds,
1.8 steals and 3.5 blocks per contest…Was a McDonald’s All-American nominee in
2007…Was the MVP of the Glenn Academy (Ga.) Christmas Tournament (2005)
and of the George Taylor (Ky.) Classic (2006)…At the George Taylor Classic, he
set a tournament record, averaging 26.7 points per game.
