Unlimited shooting range, he was one of the top prep players in the state of Massachusetts before coming to Florida… The first player from the state of Massachusetts to play for the Gators… Demonstrated tremendous range and potential during his freshman season, fighting for time on a very deep Gator roster… Will pick up an expanded role this season as the Gators look to continue their perimeter dominance…

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2002-03- Played in 19 games for a total of 169 minutes… Saw action in three SEC regular-season games (Alabama, Ole Miss and South Carolina) and both NCAA Tournament games… Tremendous range on his shot, eight of his 12 total baskets were three pointers, while 30 of 41 attempts for the season came from beyond the arc… Scored in nine games (2 pts. vs. La. Tech, 11 vs. E. Illinois, 3 vs. Coastal Carolina, 2 vs. Kansas, 3 vs. Florida State, 6 vs. Bethune-Cookman, 2 vs. Florida A&M, 3 vs. New Orleans and 3 vs. South Carolina)… Played at least 10 minutes in seven games (12 vs. La. Tech, 26 vs. E. Illinois, 27 vs. Coastal Carolina, 11 vs. Kansas, 19 vs. Bethune-Cookman, 11 vs. Florida A&M and 10 vs. New Orleans)… Top outing of the season was an 11-point effort off the bench against Eastern Illinois in a victory that helped the Gators reach the Preseason NIT Final Four at Madison Square Garden in New York… He hit on 4 of 9 shots from the floor, including a season-high three three-pointers and a season-high six rebounds… His 11 points off the bench led all Gator reserves… Scored three points and made only shot of the game vs. South Carolina (2/25)… Scored three points on 50 percent shooting from behind the arc (1-2) vs. New Orleans… Led reserves in minutes played in back-to-back games with 26 vs. E. Illinois and 27 against Coastal Carolina… Blocked first shot of career vs. Kansas… Dished off a season-high three assists vs. Coastal Carolina and collected a season-high two steals… Saw first collegiate action against Louisiana Tech and scored two points and grabbed two rebounds…

PREP - Led Charlestown High school to three straight state Division 2 State Championships and had a four-year record of 90-6… A three-year starter and two-time team captain… School's all-time leading scorer (1,566) and all-time leader in three point field goals (360)… Averaged better than 21.0 points each of his last two years at Charlestown… Eclipsed the 1,000-point plateau for his career as a junior… Had season-high 37 points against Cambridge… Averaged 18.5 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists as a sophomore and led school to a 26-1 record… Shot better .521 (73-of-140) from three-point range as a sophomore… Scored in double figures in 25 of 27 games as a sophomore and had six three pointers in state championship semifinal game… Played for coach Jack O'Brien at Charlestown High School… Choose Florida over Boston College, Connecticut, Temple and Ohio State… Played with two other Division I players at Charlestown; Anthony Walker attends Marist and Richard Jones attends Canisius …
