AS A JUNIOR (2006): Was selected in the Major League Baseball Draft by the Baltimore Orioles in the 40th round, with the 1,195th overall pick…He had also been drafted out of high school by the O's…Made 38 starts at third base and appeared in 50 games...Had a .298 average, second-best on the team behind Gavin Dickey (.304)…Scored 22 runs, tallied 16 RBI and drew 13 walks...Swiped three bases in four attempts…Over 28 SEC games, Cash hit .320 with 13 runs and 10 RBI...Closed the season by going 4-for-12 (.333) during the LSU series…Had a double and a triple in the season finale, a 10-5 Gator triumph…Carried the team's offense with a .583 (7-for-12) output against Georgia, including three-straight multiple-hit outings...Led the Gators with a .417 (5-for-12) effort during the Auburn series...Had two hits on both Friday and Saturday...Was 3-for-11 (.273) against Tennessee, including a 2-for-5, two-run showing in game three...Smoked a two-run triple, his first three-bagger of the campaign, against Bethune-Cookman...Hit .364 (4-for-11) at Kentucky, featuring a 3-for-5 performance in game one...Went 2-for-4 in the defeat to North Florida...Raised hitting streak to a season-high six games with a 1-for-4 showing versus USF...Concluded his visit back to Columbia by going 2-for-4 with a season-high three RBI in the finale...Connected on his first homer as a Gator in the ninth inning at USC to prevent the squad from matching its worst loss to a league foe...Went 1-for-3 in the loss to Stetson...Kicked off league play with a .556 (5-for-9) showing versus Arkansas and scored four runs...Went 2-for-2 and scored twice in the finale...Roped two doubles and was 2-for-3 with a couple of runs in the 6-3 conquest of the Hogs on Friday night...Chipped in with a sacrifice fly in the 12-6 slugfest against Harvard...Led Florida with a .444 (4-for-9) performance at The Pepsi Baseball Classic...Enjoyed his best game of the season in a 10-3 victory over Ohio State, when he went 3-for-5 with two runs and two RBI...Ripped his first double of the year versus Mizzou...Was 1-for-7 (.143) at Miami, scored twice and drew a couple of walks...Turned in a 2-for-4 effort against Mercer, including a single up the middle in the eighth inning...Made one start at third base during the Cincinnati series and was 0-for-3 with a run and an RBI on a fielder's choice.

AT CHIPOLA J.C. (2005): Competed at Chipola in 2005 for head coach Jeff Johnson…Earned second-team All-Panhandle Conference recognition…Batted .354 with 50 runs and 48 runs batted in…Also added 15 doubles, 12 stolen bases, five home runs and three triples for the Indians.

AT SOUTH CAROLINA (2004): Played in 19 games for the Gamecocks in 2004, making 11 starts…Was chosen to the SEC's All-Freshman squad…Was 10-for-46 (.217) with five RBI and four walks…USC was 53-17 overall and captured the SEC Tournament crown on their way to the NCAA College World Series.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played four seasons at Northside Christian School under head coach Daryl Don…Batted .462 during his senior season with 31 runs batted in and six home runs...Earned second-team all-state and second-team All-Suncoast accolades…Chosen in the 21st round of the 2003 Major League Baseball Draft with the 614th pick by the Baltimore Orioles...Played with the Tampa Elite of the Stan Musial League under coach Dick Wietz.
